General
  1. Driver must be between 23-60 years of age.

  2. In order to rent the vehicle , the documents need to be matched with your reservation information. EZY Rent A Car requires copies of passport, International driver permit and work permit ( if any )

  3. EZY Rent A Car does not commit on the car model, we will supply for the type according to your selection.

  4. EZY Rent A Car does not refund for early returning of the rented vehicle.

  5. If the rented vehicle is returned to EZY Rent A Car without the same level for gasoline as delivered, the Renter agrees to pay the charge for the difference of the gasoline level . There will be no refund for unused gasoline.

Payment and deposit
  1. EZY Rent A Car accepts payment by credit card for online payment. No cash payment will be accepted upon delivery. Presently we accept Master Card, Visa Card and JCB.

      a.For Class E.   Renter is required to provide a credit card 10,000 baht for refundable deposit. 

      b.For Class S / Class M / Class Pick up and Class SUV.    Renter is required to provide a credit card 20,000 baht for refundable deposit.

      If your balance is insufficient or if you use a different payment method e.g. Debit Card or Cash, we will cancel your reservation and refund 50% from your payment.

  2. Reservation will be completed if payment is confirmed.

Pick up & Drop off

The rental voucher must be presented when picking up your rental vehicle.

At Suvarnnabhummi Airport
  1. It is important to provide flight number and arrival time in the booking form.
  2. In case of the picking up, please meet our staff at Meeting Point ( Arrival Hall ) on the 2nd Floor.
  3. In case of dropping off , please meet our staff at Parking Area 2 on the 5th Floor.
At Don Meung Airport
  1. Please meet our staff at the arrival exit gate. Our staff will show signboard matching your name and Ezy Rent A Car’s Logo.
At Ezy Rent A Car’s office.
  1. Working hour from 08.30 AM – 07.00 PM. Please see the map.

Basic Insurance and Excess Charge
If accident occurs. Please call the insurance immediately, the basic insurance and contact number can be found on the driver’s front windshield and in the glove compartment.

The Lessor will be charged for the Rental Excess Charge or REC at 5,000 Baht for any damage only in case that the Lessor is the fault party or the third party cannot be identified.

All vehicles are covered with basic insurance coverage. Please see detaisl for limited liability as below:

Property Damage 5,000,0000 Baht per accident
(2) Personal Accident
1 Unnamed Driver 100,000 Baht per person

(4) Bail Bond for Driver
200,000 Baht per accident
Insurance claim must be made directly with the insurance company by calling 1557 (call center). The Lessor needs to deliver the claiming document to the Renter at the earliest time. Ezy Rent A Car does not issue the above coverage policy, therefore Ezy Rent A Car cannot grant any benefit, permission or re-imbursement that occurs from accident.

Note:* No compensation is payable for the following cases:

  1. An accident that is not reported to the local police or to the Renter.
  2. An accident while driving recklessly, such as an accident caused intentionally.
  3. An accident caused by an unlicensed driver or while under the influence of alcohol or drug.
  4. An accident caused by a driver unauthorized by the rental car company.
  5. A hit-and-run case of an accident during an unauthorized extension of your rental peri
Cancellation
Ezy Rent A Car  does not accept cancellation by telephone. Please visit the cancellation request page and fill your information e.g., name, booking code , email. We will confirm your cancellation within 48 hours by email. Certain cancellation charge will be deducted from customer’s refund amount. No refund will be made for no-show at destination or early return or cancellation after the rental start date. There is no refund for any unused days.
