	I promise to comply to the following rules:* 1) Pay excess charge of maximum 5,000 baht incase of accident and is the fault party. 2) Pay compensation of car damage or replacement if I refill incorrect kind of fuel. 3) Pay compensation if return the car with less amount of fuel. 4) Pay penalty charge in case of excessing scheduled return time. 5) Pay penalty if I violate traffic regulation due to illegal parking,excessing speed, etc.
	I accept conditions of Ezy Rent A Car reservations as the followings:* 1. Ezy Rent A Car can not promise car model,GPS type, due to class specification reservation. 2. Ezy Rent A Car can not accept alteration on the day of pick up. 3. Ezy Rent A Car can not refund the payment made for the car rental,if you return the car earlier or quit renting due to accident and etc. 4. Ezy Rent A Car can not promise all of your luggages can be accommodated with the car.
